Because our items include handmade art supplies and vintage/one-of-a-kind collectibles, our return policy differs slightly by item type. If you have any questions, please reach out. Our vintage items have survived the test of time and have been carefully curated, so we want to make sure they go to a home that will enjoy them!!
Handmade Watercolor Paints
Due to the handmade and consumable nature of watercolor paints:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on paints once shipped, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- If your paints arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
- Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion
Please keep in mind these are handmade paints, and will vary slightly in color and texture between batches!
Vintage & Antique Collectibles
Because vintage items are unique and often show signs of age:
Please review item descriptions and photos carefully. If there is any visible wear consistent with age (such as patina, surface marks, or minor imperfections), it will be carefully noted and shown in the product description and images! Please email prior to purchase if you have any questions about a product.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (inside and outside)
- Please do not immediately discard packaging, as carriers may require additional details/photos for claim submission
We will work with you to file a carrier claim (they often require the seller to initiate claims), and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Handmade paints and art materials
- Custom or special-order items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
